In case you didn't know, the holiday season is well upon us! I don't know about you, but I feel knee-deep in indulgent foods made with love, but also potentially causing guilt. I say, be free of that guilt! We were definitely made to enjoy food: it nourishes the soul, brings people together, and is just plain delicious. Even over the holidays, we can achieve a balance between healthy eating and enjoying ourselves.
